By getting us involved early and leveraging our complimentary solution design services or technical validation services, we’ll submit your vetted solution and request all applicable discounting and incentives to be approved to ensure you get the best available deal and most value from your investment on a solution that’s guaranteed to work. Manufacturers will only approve this if you choose Hummingbird Networks as your preferred partner and get us involved early so we can secure this for you. We can only offer this to those who are serious about working with us.
If you are not already actively engaged with another partner on this project, then yes. Please apply to work with us and your dedicated IT concierge team will reach out to schedule a quick 15-minute meeting to determine if there is a good fit to work together. A technical validation call with our engineers may still be required, as many products are require complicated configuration design before being valid for quoting. In addition, some items are non-cancellable and non-returnable – so we want to make sure everything is in alignment with your needs.
If you are actively engaged with another partner on this project and that partner is meeting your needs, then we recommend you continue to work with them. If you need additional quotes for price comparison or as part of your bid process, then you can use our self-service quoting tool to build a quote at standard discounting. If you are not happy with your current provider and are interested in switching to an attentive and full-service partner, then we are happy to help and may be able to provide additional discounting and incentives if you are serious about working with Hummingbird Networks as your primary partner.
Hummingbird Networks typically focuses on servicing organizations with 50 or more users. Completion of the application does not guarantee Hummingbird Networks will be able to service your IT needs and we apologize in advance if we cannot help you. However, we do make exceptions for companies with less than 50 employees if the project is a good fit to qualify for complimentary solution services and special pricing incentives.
Yes, however some manufacturers have specific policies that prohibit the resale of their products. We are happy to coordinate together, or you may have the end-user contact us directly to place the order and pay for it directly with us so the item is licensed and registered properly which will result in a positive and smooth experience for the customer when they need (or you need to act on their behalf for) technical support, equipment replacement under warranty, software & firmware patches, and security updates.
If your primary business model or goal is to resell products to your customers, we suggest you become a partner (if you aren't already) and purchase directly from channel distributors.
If you are an MSP working on a bid, you may request a quote at standard pricing through our quoting tool, but this does not guarantee we will be able to help you or provide a quote due to rules specified by manufacturer or our policies.

Yes, we have many options available which we can discuss on your first call with us after we receive your application.
Yes, in most cases physical items can ship same day if ordered before 6pm ET/3pm PT and are in a west coast warehouse. Otherwise, lead times are 1-2 days for items in stock or software/licenses (depending on the brand). If any products are not available, your IT concierge will advise on lead times and can work with you to explore alternatives that may be available to ship sooner if needed.
Yes, we offer professional services nationwide and can help with onsite and remote configuration as well as onsite and remote installation and even full deployment services for multi-site projects.
Yes, we are a certified environmental sustainability partner and can offer trade in incentives towards new equipment purchases. We always prefer to recycle any old equipment (where applicable), so it doesn’t get thrown in a landfill. In certain instances, you will receive credit for trade-ins, and there is no cost for shipping back to the IT asset disposition (ITAD) center. Some exceptions apply.
It depends. We are happy to help international companies, but we must ship to an established corporate office within the USA (not a PO Box, PMB, or private residence), and you will need to attest that the items will not be exported or used outside of the USA.
No, we are a solutions provider. There are no monthly fees to be a Hummingbird Networks customer. We help you with what you need, when you need our help, and don’t charge you for anything outside of what is agreed upon.
